My name is Mattia Orilia, I’m the owner of ‘Mie Mani’, which translates in Italian to ‘my hands’; a new mobile food business based in Woodend, at the foothills of the Macedon Ranges. I have been a pizza cook for over 15 years, and have a great passion for food, quality ingredients, people and great hospitality.
Mie Mani will be offering traditional Italian street food from a custom made wood fired pizza oven. Our main menu item will be a type of pizza called ‘pizza portafoglio’ (a wallet pizza or pizza pocket). It is a smaller than your traditional wood fired pizza and also able to be eaten on the go; it is folded for ease of enjoying!
Mie Mani is looking to trade around the Macedon Ranges shire, Hepburn shire, Mount Alexander shire, Greater Bendigo City and Mitchell Shire. Depending on the demands of the occasion, markets, functions, catering, winery spots, etc; a selection of sweets such as crostata, biscotti and cannoli will be available for those wanting something sweet.
